ABOUT ME

My name is Sherine Kofi (nee Medley), I'm 45yrs old and live in London UK with x4 of the coolest humans I have met (my kids!). I'm a self-proclaimed 90's r'n'b Flygirl -  you cannot convince me that any other time in music can top this!

I run a dance school for children aged 3-16yrs teaching ballet, tap, Jazz, street dance and contemporary. Part of the reason I started this movement was in response to the request for adult dance classes from the parents of my pupils. I hope with this blog to create a space where I share my greatest passion - Dance  and inspire you to remember all sides of yourself by being throughly selfish and putting yourself first! *shock, horror!*
